添加 license 时报错
问题描述：添加许可证时报错 admission webhook "validator.config.kubesphere.io" denied the request: license for whizard-telemetry already exist
原因：添加 license 或者 license bundle 时，其中的 whizard-telemetry（WhizardTelemetry 平台服务） 的 license 已在 KubeSphere 企业版平台中存在。
解决办法：删除原有的 whizard-telemetry 许可证，再添加新的许可证。
